Once BTS launched their website, they were looking to increase organic traffic in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Even though they provide services nationally, they wanted to first ‘dominate their backyard’, which is what we recommend.
The SEO campaign for BTS started in mid-August 2022, and after about 2 months we are beginning to see organic traffic grow from visitors in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.
The Challenge
The objective was to increase organic traffic from Google and other search engines with people in the the local area. After launching their website, they were not seeing much traffic and wanted to start a campaign to bring traffic over time to their site.

Having a limited budget, our process always begins with making sure the technical aspects of the website are working. This includes setup of the following:
- Google Search Console
- Sitemap submission
- Google Analytics
- Goals in GA
- Schema Markup
- Proper Heading Structure
Simultaneously we build links to their website through Business Listings and other online directories. They started with 102 citations and after just 2 months, currently have 605. Including a listing provided at on our own subdomain. (see screenshot below)
THE RESULTS SO FAR
As of April 2023, our SEO performance highlights show an 867% in organic queries. With the search term ‘custom event productions’ generating the majority 13% of traffic with 177 visits. They also now see their website ranking in the top 10 for 5 out of 7 targeted keywords.
For the last few months we have seen growth in organic search traffic month over month. Organic search traffic is slowly becoming top traffic and referral source for BTS. This shows how more people are discovering the business through online searches.
There is also growth in the number of searches and views for their Google Business Profile. This reflects how the searches are from users in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area where Google’s map pack will appear.
